Updates!!

Seattle event is set for June 18th.
Event will be a 5/10K and a kids 1K with crossfit events to follow.

Redmond, WA 98052
Race start time is 10 a.m. Registration and packet pick up starts at 9 a.m.

We are looking for volunteers to run clocks, register, water stations and more.
Also we are going to be running a raffle that day so we are looking for prizes to be donated.

We are so excited for this event and can't wait to see how many we can get to participate.

Not gonna lie...

Training is kickin' my butt.
This week I logged 21 miles running, swam 1.5 miles, and biked roughly 20. I'm tired.
But a team member Mary, came with me to running class on Wednesday and was AWESOME. She pushed herself really hard and did amazing.
We are working on dates for traveling and events. Stay tuned for more info!!

Training Schedule!

This is the training we are doing here in Utah and seems to be working out well for everyone.

Monday-Swim~alternate laps with sprints in the shallow end. 45 min.
Tuesday-Spinning class or high intensity ride 60 min.
Wednesday-Running class or own course for 60 min. alternate sprints with hills./ 30 min speed swim
Thursday-same as Tuesday~spinnng or intense ride.
Friday-Running class or own course same as Wednesday.
Saturday-Leisure activity(walking, tennis, dance)
Sunday-Rest

So much to catch up on...

We have our first Sponsor. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited. Marinello schools of beauty(where I attend) is going to be our big sponsor for this year. We are so excited!!!!

We have set dates for 2 triahtlons.
Utah May 21st is women of steel.
California May 31st is Fountain Valley. I know, 10 days apart. We may die.

Then we are planning an event in Seattle for either the week of June 13th or August 10th. Stay tuned for more details!!

Also, look for another fundraiser coming soon. YAY!! Maybe we can convince my mom to do another quilt.

T-shirts are in design and will be available to purchase. All proceeds go the Parkinson's fund.
