Training Schedule!

This is the training we are doing here in Utah and seems to be working out well for everyone.

Monday-Swim~alternate laps with sprints in the shallow end. 45 min.
Tuesday-Spinning class or high intensity ride 60 min.
Wednesday-Running class or own course for 60 min. alternate sprints with hills./ 30 min speed swim
Thursday-same as Tuesday~spinnng or intense ride.
Friday-Running class or own course same as Wednesday.
Saturday-Leisure activity(walking, tennis, dance)
Sunday-Rest
