Not gonna lie...

Training is kickin' my butt.
This week I logged 21 miles running, swam 1.5 miles, and biked roughly 20. I'm tired.
But a team member Mary, came with me to running class on Wednesday and was AWESOME. She pushed herself really hard and did amazing.
